Quickstart

Get from sign-up to your first approved card in about five minutes. You’ll need admin access to at least one tracker or code host.

01

Create a workspace

Sign up with GitHub, Google or Microsoft and name your workspace. Most teams use the company or team name. You can add more teams later.

02

Connect your tools

Connect at least one tracker and one code host. Throughpoint asks for read access first, and write access only for the actions you enable.

GitHub / GitLabIssues, pull requests and merges
Jira / LinearTickets, statuses, owners and sprints
CalendarRecurring meetings and attendees
03

Pick your meetings

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, then switch on the meetings Throughpoint should join. Start with your daily standup, which catches the most drift.

NoteThroughpoint joins as a named participant and announces itself. Audio is transcribed, analysed and discarded.
04

Choose where cards go

Pick Slack or Microsoft Teams and a channel. After each meeting or change, proposed updates land there as cards with Approve, Edit and Dismiss.

05

Send a test event

Optional. Use the API to see a card without waiting for a meeting. Create a key under Settings → API.

Terminal
curl -X POST https://api.throughpoint.dev/v1/events \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $TP_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"source":"deploy","ref":"TP-482","status":"shipped"}'
